Yes, we have dedicated staff in place to answer questions, solve problems and offer advice. Our product experts know the ins and outs of every Pedaltrain product, at levels of detail you can’t imagine.  It’s hard to stump them.

Yes, Pedaltrain pedal boards carry a lifetime warranty to the original owner (proof of purchase required, of course). Who else does that?  The answer, as you may have guessed, is nobody.

But the most important aspect of our spirit of service is intangible. It’s hard to describe. Simply stated, we are on your side. The Pedaltrain team is a band of brothers (and sisters) devoted to you – and this makes all the difference in the world.

We want you to be successful.  We want you to achieve your dreams.  We want you play better and sound better that you ever have before.  We love seeing you climb the charts, sell out shows and win awards. We enjoy hearing about your success and seeing photos of your rig.  So it’s an honor to protect your valuable gear and play a small part in your success.

Okay, one more thing to add. We didn’t just fall off the turnip truck. We know here are some bad actors out who that try to take advantage of our spirit of service.  We’ve had to modify some policies and close some loopholes, which were being exploited by these nefarious types. Bad for them. Good for you.
